Having served a 4 year apprenticeship with Welbeck Heating Ltd, I successfully gained City & Guilds qualification at basic and advanced craft level covering plumbing, heating, hot/ cold water systems, gas, above and below ground drainage. I went onto work for Valliant and Baxi-Potterton who are two of Europe’s largest manufacturers of gas boilers and hot water equipment, both as a field service engineer and then more recently as a technical officer giving technical advice and fault finding assistance to engineers and homeowners.

I can offer manufacturer trained levels of experience, specialising in servicing, repair and diagnostic work of Baxi-Potterton and Valliant appliances and other makers too. If an appliance is broken, misbehaving or just needs a service I can carry out the work using the manufacturers genuine spare parts, saving you the unnecessary costs and upheaval of replacing an appliance.
